Town Council’s financial activity for the year 2010/11
These charts show a summary of the council’s financial activity during the year 2010/11. The figures refer to the total income and expenditure during the year, and are allied to the council’s committees.
At the end of March 2011, the council’s total balances stood at £983,706. Of this, £481,033 represented funds available for general use, with £502,673 earmarked for specific projects such as future improvements to the Roding Valley recreation ground and Willingale Road playing field, the skateboard park and the development of the new cemetery in Debden Lane. More detailed information on the spending committees’ income and expenditure can be seen on the various agendas or by calling in at the council office.
The council’s accounts for 2010/11 were approved by the council on 11 May 2011, and the public’s right to inspect the accounts before audit advertised on the council’s notice boards and website.
