Viewing the archive
The files in the archive follow the municipal year which starts with the annual Council meeting in May (June in 2004). These files are a concatenation of the year's minutes; they are large files and will take a while to download if you have a dialup connection. To download the file to your computer right-click on the link and choose the [Save Target As] option. The Committee names and Terms of Reference were changed in May 2006.
The archives are in PDF (portable document format) and can be viewed and printed using free Adobe Acrobat® software.
The minutes for 1996-97 are not available in electronic form, hard copies can be viewed at the Town Council offices.
Minutes are in date order, scroll to the bottom of the document for the most recent.
