Time : Meetings start at 7.45 pm
Place : Council Chamber, 1 Buckingham Court, Rectory Lane, Loughton, unless stated otherwise.
Visitors : Members of the public are invited to be present at the meetings

Public transport : Several local buses stop close to Buckingham Court
Car parking : There is ample car parking at Buckingham Court
Agenda and Minutes : copies in the libraries, and at the Town Council offices
Hearing Aid users : The Council Chamber is fitted with an Induction Loop. Hearing aids should be switched to the ‘T’ setting.
Addressing meetings : Members of the public are permitted to address Council and committee meetings in accordance with Standing Orders 4.3(d) and Appendices B & C. Details are available on the Strategic Documents & Policies page.
