Agenda & Minutes
Agenda are usually published no earlier than 5 days before meetings to ensure that they include all the latest information. Prior to this the agenda shown will be those of the previous meetings.
The Committee Minutes follow the municipal year which starts with the annual Council meeting in May.
Minutes are in date order, scroll to the bottom of the document for the most recent.
Minutes of previous years can be found in the archive. The Committee names and Terms of Reference were changed in May 2006.
