The Forward Plan aims to provide Loughton’s residents with a clear understanding of the Council’s priorities and objectives over the next three years. Whilst some of the key issues facing the town are areas not directly under the control of the Council, we will seek to use our influence to ensure that other service providers also respond to the needs and aspirations of our residents.

The document will be reviewed on an annual basis and we will continue to provide regular updates on achievements though our quarterly newsletter, Think Loughton and our annual report.
