MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Part-time post (21 hours a week minimum) SCP scale 10, pro rata £16,245 p.a. currently £14.45 an hour inclusive of pro rata Inner Fringe London Weighting Allowance – statutory annual pay increase pending.To act as general maintenance person on behalf of the Services Team and for all Loughton Town Council’s areas of operation and premises. Strong team, practical and DIY skills are essential for the role. Some flexibility in working hours and full uniform provided.
