In keeping with the order and timings of the Royal protocols, for the proclamation for King Charles III. The Town Mayor, Cllr Barbara Cohen will read
Loughton’s proclamation, the first to have been held by a Loughton council since 1910, and will take place at 3pm on SUNDAY 11th September 2022 from the
balcony, at the front of Loughton Library, Traps Hill.
