New Playground at Newmans Lane

 Loughton Town Council is proud to announce the official opening of the new Newmans Lane,(adjacent to Rectory Lane) Children’s playground at 10.30am this Friday, 14 March. All are welcome.

The playground is now the most inclusive play area in Loughton, including new and innovative play equipment. New apparatus includes a 3 tower & slides play unit, a wheelchair accessible roundabout and an inclusive jeep. The playground has been open for a few weeks now and has been very well received by residents, with a notable increase in visitors (compared to the old playground). The Town Mayor, Cllr Katie Valentine will officially open the new facility. A limited supply of children’s goodie bags, kindly donated by ‘Proludic’ the playground manufacturer will be available for early attendees.
